Welcome to the game provided by Fancy Mango Games (“the Game”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Game.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use the Game. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
2. License to Use the Game Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Game.
3. User Content You may have the opportunity to submit or share content through the Game (“User Content”). By sharing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and adapt the User Content in connection with the Game and our marketing efforts.
4. In-App Purchases The Game may offer in-app purchases (“IAPs”). By making an IAP, you agree to pay the specified price for the item or service and acknowledge that all IAPs are final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your mobile carrier or payment provider.
5. Virtual Items The Game may include virtual items that can be earned, purchased, or otherwise obtained (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or tangible goods. You agree that Virtual Items are part of the Game’s service and are subject to change, modification, or removal at our discretion without notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct While using the Game, you must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself or others.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.
• Using cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software in the Game.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Game without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Game’s content or functionality. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to the Terms We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms in the Game. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
